Making Patient Dashboard the default dashboard in Evolution

By default, Evolution displays the "Clinical Dashboard" on the right hand side of the screen.  Users can change this (yes, it needs to be done for each individual user) by going to:

 → User Preferences → Layout

And changing the dashboard options as follows:
