Concept 1.3 error Fix

When concept 1.3 is corrupted, a number of different error messages can appear:

which leads to this error below when submitting a referral via the pop-up dialog for Bowel Screening in Patient Dashboard.

Or you can get this message:

For Medtech32:

Download the concept installer at https://www.procon.co.nz/bowel-screening labelled Bowel Screening Concept 1.3 Install - MedTech32. To download, right click the title and click "Save link as" or "Save target as" and remember which folder you saved the Installer. 

Go to MedTech32 and login as a user with a Practice Admin role and install the form by following these steps:

1. Click on Setup > Advanced Forms > Advanced Forms Manager:

2. Click on Advanced Forms > Import Form

3. Click on "Browse" and locate the installer. Click on "Validate" and then click "Import".

4. Exit / Logoff and then Login again on MedTech32 to make the changes effective.

For Evolution:

Download the concept installer at https://www.procon.co.nz/bowel-screening labelled Bowel Screening Concept 1.3 Install - Evolution. To download, right click the title and click "Save link as" or "Save target as" and remember which folder you saved the Installer. 

Go to Evolution and login as a user with a Practice Admin role and install the form by following these steps:

1. Click "File" > "Options" found on the upper left part of the Evolution screen.

2. Under Options: Select Advanced Forms > Advanced Forms Manager then Click on "Actions" > "Import Form"

3. Click on Browse and locate the Concept installer for Evolution, click Validate and then Import.

4. Exit / Logoff and then Login back again on Evolution to make the changes effective.
