Concept 1.3 error Fix

When concept 1.3 is corrupted, a number of different error messages can appear:

You can resolve this error by going into the Medtech icon in the top left, clicking options and going into concept map as below:

once in here ensure that your configuration is set as below and log in and out of Medtech.
