Patient Dashboard not refreshing in Evolution after using another form

This is a known bug in Evolution implementations only.

If you run any advanced form that is NOT a form from Procon, when Patient Dashboard is refreshed, many of the items no longer show the correct information and there will be many red traffic lights.

For example, this happens when you do a CVD risk assessment using a tool from another organisation (e.g. Predict, the bestPractice common form etc).

After using the form, some items such as blood pressure, height, weight, cervical screening and others will all show that these have not been recorded when this is not the case.

There is a bug in Evolution where running the advanced form deletes all the concept mapping for Procon which means that information retrieved via concepts is not longer retrieved.  Forms that you run that are from Procon are fine as they use the same concepts.

This bug is being fixed in version 6.3 of Evolution.

There is a work-around.

When Patient Dashboard is displaying incorrectly, collapse Patient Dashboard by clicking on the ">>" as shown below:

Then expand it again by clicking ont he "<<":

This reloads the Procon concepts and all will be well!
