The groups will be in numerical order.
This allows you to logically group related fields together.

You can see the three "groups" of fields.
Display Order
This field simply controls the order in which fields are displayed within the group. You can easily re-order fields if required.
Can't see what you need?
If you need a field to appear on a referral form that is not accommodated by any of the existing fields, let us know and we will create a new field for you. (This may be a chargeable activity depending on the complexity of the field that you need).
