Importing an Advanced Form into Evolution

You must have practice administrator rights to be able to do this.

It can be done on any workstation - it does not have to be done on the server.

Before you start, the XML file provided (the form definition) must be in a folder that can be accessed from within Evolution.  If Evolution is hosted in the cloud, you may need to put the file into a shared folder that is accessible from Evolution.

Options → Advanced Forms → Advanced Forms Manager

Action → Import Form

"Browse" to locate the XML file that has been provided.

"Validate"

"Import".

Only if the form submits a claim then you must ensure that the form definition is updated as follows:

Options → Advanced Forms → Advanced Forms Manager

Change the "Publisher" to be the correct publisher (most probably "Procon Limited").

Locate the form in the list provided and double click on it to open it.

Go to the "Actions" tab and check that the correct values are set e.g. "Send to HealthLink folder" is ticked and the correct path is defined for where your claims are to be saved (the place where HealthLink is looking for files to send).
