Patient Dashboard not updating when completing a Diabetes Annual Review

This article is only for practices that use Predict to complete a diabetes annual review.

If you complete a diabetes annual review using Predict but the traffic light is still red, there are a number of things to check.

  1. Have you actually done an annual review?
  2. Has Predict written back correctly into screening?

Have you actually done an annual review?

When completing a Diabetes Annual Review, there is a question asking you to confirm that this is an annual review, and this must be answered "Yes".  Please review the inbox record that is generated from doing the review and confirm tha this question was answered correctly.

Has Predict written back into screening?

When you complete a Diabetes Annual Review, it will write back a "CVR" screening term into the patient's record.  One of the fields within the CVR screening term shows you what type of assessment was done:

(This is the Medtech32 version, but the Evolution version is thte same).

The field "PredictType" must be set to "DM Getchecked" for Patient Dashboard to recognise than an annual review has been done.

Fixing the problem

If you have not actually done an annual review, then the best option is to run Predict again and correctly answering the question as to whether this an annual review.

If you have done an annual review and the screening term field "PredictType" is not correctly set to "DM Getchecked" you can manually update it, but if this is ocurring regularly you should contact the Enigma help desk to report the issue by emailing helpdesk@enigma.co.nz.

If this still doesn't resolve the issue, please email us at support@proconz.zendesk.com

Please ensure that all of the information below is correct before submitting the Diabetes Annual Review, as inaccurate details will prevent it from being a valid GetChecked Predict submission.

    1. All lab results cannot be older than 9 months at the time of submission.
    2. The foot check date cannot be older than 9 months.
    3. The submission is greater than 11 months (from the previous one if this is not the first).
    4. Annual review = yes.
    5. The Run Diabetes Management button is clicked and not the Risk Assessment button.
